Joe's Club Adult Day Care does not deny service to anyone. Your monetary donation will sponsor a day of care for a needy alzheimer's family. You can also send a check, made payable to the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation, 4676 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. Donations to the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation stay in Brevard County, serve local residents and are fully tax-deductible. • The Giving Tree The Giving Tree is located in the lobby of the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation, and proudly displays donations on a nearby plaque, its leaves and rocks beneath.
